Merrill Walls practices Labor and Employment Law. She counsels and represents clients on many aspects of employment law including harassment, discrimination, and compliance with employment statutes. Ms. Walls is experienced in both pre-trial motion practice and resolving disputes before trial. She also is experienced in commercial litigation.

- Part of team that handles non-competition, non-solicitation matters in courts and before FINRA

- Responsible for collection of monies due and repossession of collateral secured by consumer note and installment loan contracts
