As a litigator, Jennifer Spencer is known for an aggressive, organized, “no holds barred” approach. After achieving success in the case and having the other side “on their heels,” she often finds a resolution that makes sense for the overall business strategy of her clients. As both an experienced trial lawyer and a CPA, Ms. Spencer brings a pragmatic business perspective to her clients. Ms. Spencer’s understanding of complex financial issues assists clients in achieving strategic business objectives during high-stakes disputes and litigation. Her extensive commercial and products liability litigation casework has included representation of national banks, mortgage companies, technology and pharmaceutical companies and industrial manufacturers.

Accomplished in handling large dockets of cases and multimillion dollar matters, Ms. Spencer is known as a lawyer who gets results. An aggressive advocate for her clients, she has supervised complex cases in a cost effective manner, while personally handling the strategy, court appearances, depositions and other critical activities. Ms. Spencer has successfully tackled commercial cases on all financial issues, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. She has protected her clients’ trade secrets and defended products liability claims ranging from propane tank explosions to pharmaceutical cases. Ms. Spencer is also highly regarded for her expertise in e-discovery--an increasingly important area for gaining a competitive edge during litigation.
