Deborah Busby has spent the majority of her legal career practicing in the areas of maritime law and insurance coverage. Her practice includes the defense and investigation of claims resulting from oilfield and maritime casualties, Jones Act and Longshore Act personal injury defense, collision liability, construction defects, products liability, cargo damage and transportation-related accidents. In addition, Ms. Busby litigates and provides opinions on indemnity and insurance coverage issues on behalf of insurance companies and corporate clients.

- Extensive experience in insurance coverage and bad faith litigation for maritime and energy related insurance policies
