Location

Spencer Crain is located in the heart of downtown Dallas, near the federal and state courthouses. The firm resides in the Renaissance Tower building on Elm Street between Field and Griffin.

From DFW Airport:

Take the south exit/entrance towards TX-183. After the airport toll plaza, exit TX-183 east toward Dallas/Irving. After approximately 10 miles, TX-183 will merge with TX-114 (right after you pass Texas Stadium). Continue on TX 183 east to Interstate 35 south. Follow I-35 south toward downtown Dallas.

As you approach downtown Dallas, take the I-45/US-75 exit toward Houston. This is Woodall Rodgers Freeway East. Exit Field Street/Griffin Street. Keep left at the fork in the ramp and merge onto Griffin Street. Turn left onto Commerce Street and then left onto Field Street. Turn left onto Elm Street. Spencer Crain is located in the first building on your right, Renaissance Tower.

From Dallas Love Field:

Exit Love Field on Cedar Springs Road and turn right onto W. Mockingbird Lane. Continue on Mockingbird until you arrive at Interstate 35. Take I-35 south towards downtown Dallas.

Parking

Ample visitor parking is available in The Renaissance Tower Parking Garage located directly across the street from our building between Pacific and Patterson Streets, at the corner of Field. To get to the parking garage, continue on Field Street, past Elm Street. Turn left on Pacific Street, immediately after the train tracks. The garage entrance is immediately on your right. Surface level and metered parking is also available surrounding the building.
