Counsel

Ashley Altick focuses her practice on Commercial Litigation. She counsels and represents clients on many aspects of litigation, and is experienced in both pre-trial motion practice and in dispute resolution prior to trial. She represents companies and individuals in a broad array of issues across various industries, including both the prosecution and defense of claims involving breach of fiduciary duties, fraud, breach of contract, and business torts, as well as matters involving employment law. Ms. Altick is experienced in pre-suit negotiations and strategies.

Prior to her law career, Ms. Altick was a financial analyst for a leading technology company. Ms. Altick is proficient in Spanish.

Representative Experience
  • Counsels and litigates in business-related matters including employee stock issuance disputes, theft of trade secrets, tax matters, and partnership disputes
  • Drafts discovery, pleadings, motions and trial documents in commercial litigation matters across many industries
  • Represents clients in the pursuit of temporary restraining orders and injunctions
  • Handles research and briefing for discovery, motions, depositions, and trial briefs
  • Counsels and trains small business owners on compliance and regulatory issues, employment law, and basic ways to avoid litigation
